This luxury condo is a perfect example of our full floor renovations expertise. Originally this apartment had  2 bedrooms, two washrooms, enclosed kitchen, dent and two living room spaces. Our client vision was to bring this space up to date. So we transformed in a complete open space home. The partition between the original two living rooms was removed, and the kitchen that was as a single room was open in order to create a more open space. Modern engineer hardwood floors were installed throughout the kitchen, dinning room, living room, and the two bedrooms. We got rid of the popcorn celling and got it all flat. Also, the master washroom was upgraded to a walk in shower with porcelain floor and wall tiles and new quartz counter tops were installed in the vanities and kitchen counter.
